1. This Fetch Service is only for STAAH (On Premise) and Siteminder Channel manager Only 
2. Create a Folder Named STAAHFETCH under Channel manager Root Folder
3. Execute the STAAHFETCHSERVICESETUP.EXE 
4. Refer the STAAHFETCH Folder 
5. Then Replace the Files from latest Files Folder 
6. Then Start the STAAHFETCH Service from Services
